Use a whisk or knead the kava with your hands to thoroughly mix it with the water. Continue this process for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Pour the Kava mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth into a separate bowl, separating the liquid from the solid particles. You can use a muslin bag or nylon stocking to further strain the liquid and remove finer particles.
  5. The strained liquid is your Kava beverage. It's recommended to enjoy Kava on an empty stomach for optimal effects!
