How to Brew Mushroom Tea
It’s super simple to brew a great-tasting cup of mushroom tea. Simply follow our steps:

Grab some fresh, filtered water and heat it to 90–100°C, depending on your blend.

Steep around 1 teaspoon of your mushroom blend into your favourite mug of hot water.

You can then steep for anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
