With Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) you can almost guess what this tea is for!

This herb is great for preventing arthritis, muscle tension, migraines, headaches, migraines and fevers. Also interestingly, Feverfew treats the causes of some headaches rather than just the pain itself.

We should note that within studies - Feverfew was proven good at preventing headache, rather than treating already active headaches. If you suffer from headaches on a regular basis, give this herb a try and consume daily.

  1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the feverfew herbs
  2. Allow the tea to steep for five minutes.
  3. Remove the tea by straining and drink while the tea is still warm.
