Tea can be quite useful for arthritis and can specifically attack the pain associated with such. There are a few, so if you're just starting out and unsure - we'd recommend Rosehips and/or Nettle tea as they have proven to be the most effective throughout the general populace according to the latest studies.

If you've checked out out list of anti-inflammatory teas you'll notice that the list is quite large. Many herbal teas contain anti-inflammatory properties so with something like arthritis which is basically inflammation of the joints, one would hardly be surprised that herbal tea can be quite effective in combating arthritis.

As with any herbal teas, we recommend allowing some time for the effects to sink in and to contact us with any questions you may have!
