Brewing

For the perfect Horny Goat Weed Tea:

Add 1 teaspoon of dried leaves per cup (250ml).

Fresh boiled water (90 to 95degC) may be poured over the leaves.

Let steep for 5-7 minutes.

Strain, and serve warm.

Shorten steeping time if you want a lighter flavour. For a stronger tonic, some traditional recipes simmer the leaves for 10 minutes. Always adjust to your taste.
