Decaf White Peach green tea is an orchard-sweet take on classic Green Tea for late afternoons and easy evenings.

Decaf via c02 method.

Most caffeine is removed while keeping the tea soft and spring-green, using a food-safe procedure. Into that calm base is delicate white peach - not syrupy - with notes of fuzzy stone fruit and blossom with light honey.

The liquor is pale champagne in color and silky smooth when brewed with cool water; the peach perfumes the cup without trampling the tea. Over ice it tastes like a clean peach spritzer - if you add petals for lift.

It is naturally sweet and therefore rarely requires sugar. Adding a squeeze of lemon gives the finish more zest. It's versatile, too: Soothing as a bedtime companion, refreshing as a fridge-cold pitcher and lovely with fruit, salads or biscuits.

Think clear rather than jam: just cut white nectarine over tender green leaf. For those sensitive to caffeine or simply want a clean, restrained fruit tea, this blend has aroma, balance and a tidy finish you can sip anytime of day.

Brewing

Western style (mug/pot)

2-3 g/1 level tsp per 250 mL.

75-80 degC water

1 1/2 -2 minutes, then taste.

Re-steep: 2-3 times; Add 20-30 sec per round.

Gongfu style (gaiwan/teapot)

4-6 g/100 -120 ml.

75-80 degC water

5-10 sec for first infusion extend slowly over 5-7 infusions.

Iced / cold brew

5-8 g/L cold filtered water.

Refrigerate 4-6 hrs; strain. For a spritz, top a cold-brew concentrate with sparkling water.
