Brewing
  1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the feverfew herbs
  2. Allow the tea to steep for five minutes.
  3. Remove the tea by straining and drink while the tea is still warm.
Cautionary

Consume less than 3 cups a day to avoid any negative effects.
