Peppermint Tea

Water temperature: Ensure water reaches a temperature of approximately 90 degrees Celsius (194 f) to extract all the essential oils and taste of peppermint leaves.

Steeping time: Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried peppermint leaves and submerge it in hot water for 5 - 7 minutes. For a stronger or weaker brew, one can increase or decrease the steeping time.

Enhancements: Since peppermint tea is usually sweet on its own, it can be enjoyed without any other ingredients. However, honey or lemon can be added for those who desire a more intense flavour.
