USA Shipping Options

For customers within the USA you are able to select DHL or Australia Post as options on checkout. Both are relilable, with DHL being faster and more efficient on average. We past only the cost of shipping on to the customer with no shipping and handling charges.

USA Shipping Timeframes

For DHL we often see a delivery time of around 1 week.

For Australia Post we often see around the 2 week mark but can be faster.

Refunds and Returns

We're unable to do returns for international customers, but if there is any damage or problems with the tea we are able to do refunds. If the delivery is deemed missing by the shipping company are are also able to refund or resend the order at your preference. Missing orders internationally are rare and only affect less than 1% of orders.
