Which tea is good for breast tissue growth?

You may be thinking this is a strange topic to be including within the 'Which Tea Series' as many haven't ever considered tea for breast tissue growth. You may be surprised to learn that there are a couple of herbal teas that have shown to be quite effective in just that.

Let's go through our top three (one of which is selling like hotcakes right now) and explore the different benefits of each!

Fennel Tea - Breast Growth, and so much more...

We've been selling a lot of Fennel Tea lately. The secret may be getting out - Fennel is great not only for breast tissue growth but also for...

Wind and flatulence, which can be a byproduct of digestive system troubles
irritable bowels, the Kidney organ, the Spleen organ, the Liver organ, the Lung organ, appetite suppression, breast enlargement, helping menstruation along, aiding the digestion system, helping the flow of milk within the breasts, acting as a diuretic, and promoting more frequent urination.

From this list of benefits, many of them are desirable to women and has at times been called the herbal holy grail of an all in one herbal tea for ladies. In fact there are even more benefits but we should stick to the topic on hand!

How does it work? Simply put, estrogen is what causes the breasts to initially grow during puberty. After awhile, the production of estrogen slows down and/or stops. This tea contains compounds that help to kick start this process again. Keep in mind that every body is different and while some have had success with this herbal tea, some others have not. You may wish to try this tea for a few months and if that does not work, move on to the next one in the list.

We recommend straining this tea for about ten minutes as this is a fairly tough herb/seed, unlike many other herbal teas and will take time for the water to absorb. Luckily, the taste isn't too bad at all and is quite similar to that of liquorice.

Fenugreek Tea - An alternative to Fennel Tea

    fenugreek tea for bust size

Fenugreek tea has many of the same properties as Fennel tea, but with a different taste and contains diosgenin which is normally used to create synthetic estrogen. It is up for debate as to which works better for breast enlargement, but we will say that Fenugreek herbal  tea does have higher concentrations of the effective compounds. This herb, as with Fennel tea, also aids with libido. There are also many other benefits but for the sake of this post and to stay on topic we will omit them but please feel free to do some further reading here if you're interested.

Goats Rue Tea - A funny origin story

goats rue teaGoats Rue tea is also used for breast tissue growth and enhancement. This was discovered by farmers observing goats eating this herb, and over time, noticed that the breasts of the female goats that did consume this herb over time - were growing larger, along with increased milk production. This must have been confusing centuries ago, but today modern science now knows that this is caused by the Prolactin compound found within Goats Rue.

This tea is also great for digestive issues, and liver protection.

    I love this tea

I really adore this iced or hot. Plenty of pear and plenty of cinnamon. This is going to save me in the hot summer. Delicious blend.

Hi S Ross, thanks for your review! We had a bad one for this tea recently, so this will help to balance the score out alot! :)
    Fibromyalgia tea

So far so good, Three days in and I can go our for walks again. That's big!

Hi Christine, always VERY happy to hear when this new blend is helping - if at times even only a little. We've seen it help across all spectums so far from very little to quite a lot.

Was thrilled to be able to get this tea
    Thank you so much

Hi Ailsa, thank you! This one is actually kind of new as we switched recipes - I think this one is much better now!
    Lemon Verbena

Love this tea - so light and refreshing and soothing - it lacks a bit of intensity but that might be batch to batch - I tried to lift it with a tiny bit of lemon myrtle but that took over the flavour too much - definitely brew it as long as possible - be a bit generous - it is worth it for the comfort it gives.

    Lemon Verbena

I had my first cup of lemon verbena at a great restaurant and as good as the food was the tea was what stayed in my mind. So calming and cleansing and gentle. I researched and ordered not long after and love my Verbena - have since ordered another bag. It isn't quite as intense in flavour but it might vary bush to bush -I know it grows well and is hardy so maybe different batches

Hi j9, thanks for your detailed reviews across two types of tea - I'm sure they'll be really helpful for other customers.
