Fantastic experience

Starting with the tea selection, informative descriptions, reasonable pricing through to clear shipping rules, easy checkout process, friendly customer service and timely delivery, my experience with Tea Life has been great! Packs a punch

This tastes Australian. Imagine sitting out in the bush, middles of the day, small fire by the creek and you take that entire moment and shove it in a pot of water and pour this tea into your cup. I liked it, it was awesome. If I was to change anything it would probably only be to include a brew guide as I sort of approached this with more gusto than I should have and used a tablespoon for one cup, don't do this!

Hi Matt, thanks for your feedback on this tea and the instructions too. We're fairly new and so the easiest way to do things for awhile has been general instructions on the back, with more detailed on the website. This year we should be able to have individual steeping instructions per tea on the back of every kind. There's over 170 different types now, but we'll get there soon. It's a good tea this one though and with both ingredients working really well together :)

Wow! The Eucalyptus!!

Fantastic black tea infused with Eucalyptus leaves, the aroma is of a smooth afternoon tea with a fresh herbal kick, not too powerful, just right to satisfy both taste and smell senses. When savoring the wonderful aromatic cup, make sure to breathe in so that the lungs will benefit from the scent and open up...a full mouth, nose, lung experience. Wonderful!

The customer service has been second to none. Brilliant. Had the first taste of one of the teas last night - Green Tea infused with mango - an easy to drink tea with pleasant flavours.

  • We're located in Sydney, so please allow some time for delivery based on your location. $3 shipping takes 5-7 days on average but can be much faster. $5.95 shipping is via Australia post if you use PO BOX on checkout, or Sendle Courier for most orders - and takes on average 3 days to Melbourne, QLD.

    NSW can be next day delivery or the day after on average.

    To NT, WA and rural areas, please allow a week for delivery!

  • Refunds can't be provided based on shipping times as our dispatch time is very fast, with transit times being out of our control. If you have a function or event and your order is urgent, please let us know!

  • Order pickups occur around 2 pm each day, so the earlier in the day your order is placed - the better! We'll normally do a printout of all orders around 10 am and will then continue with any other orders for that same day if time allows.

    Another lovely mellow tea bloom

    The yellow chrysanthemum bloom is very beautiful sitting on it's bed of green as this bloom opens into a slightly aniseed smelling tea at first, but when fully brewed tastes like a mellow silver needle tea that has a very subtle, fruity, sweet overtone. It's not overpowering or dominating in anyway and is very refreshing.

    Unable to purchase Decaf leaf tea from the supermarket It was refreshing to find that i could purchase this seemingly elusive product online at "Tea Life".
