Damiana Tea (Turnera diffusa) is known as a libido enhancing herb for both males and females and has been used as such for centuries by Mayan and Mexican cultures. Damiana is also used to help anxiety and stress - which can further enhance their effect if the libido problems are stemming from this cause.

  1. Measure 1 teaspoon of dried Damiana leaves, and place them into strainer
  2. Bring water to boil
  3. Allow the Damiana tea to steep for 3-4 minutes

Significant adverse effects have not been reported. However, should not be used in conjunction with medication in regards to blood glucose levels, or for individuals with diabetes.

Feeling relaxed and calm and sleeping better. Wow, there are so many different teas and blends available. I just did know where to begin. I phoned Tea Life and spoke to Toby. Delighted with the suggestions and service. Thank you. Will definitely recommend shopping at Tea Life.

I had never tried Damiana tea so this was my first purchase of it. I absolutely love it, it leaves a lovely sweet taste in my mouth and I found it to be very relaxing.

This tea is incredible!...I have extremely bad anxiety and manic episodes. this tea helps me calm down, relax and regain control of my thoughts. I don't like the taste but i add peppermint which helps a lot! A definite must for everyone!

Hi Elise - we always get very good feedback for Damiana and it's usually my go-to destress tea too. The taste is actually much better to our other main de-stress tea Valerian, so you might want to stay away from that one :)

  • We're located in Sydney, so please allow some time for delivery based on your location. $3 shipping takes 5-7 days on average but can be much faster. $5.95 shipping is via Australia post if you use PO BOX on checkout, or Sendle Courier for most orders - and takes on average 3 days to Melbourne, QLD.

    NSW can be next day delivery or the day after on average.

    To NT, WA and rural areas, please allow a week for delivery!

  • Refunds can't be provided based on shipping times as our dispatch time is very fast, with transit times being out of our control. If you have a function or event and your order is urgent, please let us know!

    Another lovely mellow tea bloom

    The yellow chrysanthemum bloom is very beautiful sitting on it's bed of green as this bloom opens into a slightly aniseed smelling tea at first, but when fully brewed tastes like a mellow silver needle tea that has a very subtle, fruity, sweet overtone. It's not overpowering or dominating in anyway and is very refreshing.

    Unable to purchase Decaf leaf tea from the supermarket It was refreshing to find that i could purchase this seemingly elusive product online at "Tea Life".

    The hibiscus tea is delicious and fruity
