Brewing

Western Method

1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture per cup (250 mL) Water temperature: 68°F 100degC
Steep for 8-10 minutes.

Iced Tea

Brew at double strength, using 2-3 teaspoons per cup.
Soak for 10 minutes then pour over ice.
