Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is actually quite a nutritious plant, containing vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Iron, Riboflavin, Vitamin A, Magnesium, antioxidants and other compounds.
Moringa can lower blood sugar levels, inflammation, cholesterol, and protect against toxicity. A plant that has been used for thousands of years in India, that we brought in by numerous requests at Tea Life.
