Native Plum green tea combines Australian-grown First Harvest green tea with two native fruits - Davidson Plum and Blood Lime.

First Harvest Green Tea has a smooth, fresh character and Davidson Plum has a tart, fruity character and deep berry notes. Blood Lime gives the Davidson Plum a bright citrus edge.

Together they form a fresh vegetal tea with tart native fruit and citrus notes. Only three ingredients - its character is clear in the cup.

Brewing

Western

1 teaspoon per cup Water temperature: 75-80degC
Steep: 2-3 minutes

Gongfu

Approximately 4-5g per 100ml
Water temperature: 75-80degC
First infusion: approximately 30 seconds
With each infusion, increase brewing time slightly.

Iced

Drink almost double the normal amount of tea. Strain and pour over ice.

Cold brew: Soak in cold water in refrigerator for 6-8 hours before straining.
