This chai can be thought of as traditional chai with rooibos added.
A strong chai flavour with a brilliant twist of rooibos!
½ mug boiling water per person to pot, about 140ml.
15g of chai per person.
Low simmer for 5 mins or so, boiling too fast is said to spoil taste.
Normally 140 ml milk is used and added.
Increase heat until can see steam.
Strain and add honey for taste.
