Sticky Chai Dreams, a Sticky infusion of traditional Chai spices and black tea coated in natural syrups.
No refined sugar and kept to a minimum. Vegan friendly.

This warming masala chai is inspired by classic Indian masala chai and features clove, ginger, fennel, star anise, and cassia with black tea and natural sweetness from date, rapadura, and plant-based syrups.

This sticky coating holds the spices and tea together so flavours release slowly during brewing. Chai Dreams makes a creamy, cafe-style Chai with warming spice, mild sweetness, and a black tea base when simmered with milk.

The result is a warming drink with layers of spice and lingering warmth from ginger, clove and peppercorn.

This chai is flavored with imported ingredients and contains just a little caffeine from the black tea brewed in Australia. It's normally brewed traditionally on the stovetop so the spices can really toast and flavour the milk for an authentic chai experience.

Brewing

In a small saucepan or frypan, combine 28 g chai with 250 ml 95degC water.

Let it steep for 3-4 minutes.

You can add 50-100 ml milk of your choice.

Keep heating on low until the steaming is complete, stirring occasionally.

Strain and enjoy.
