Chai is a centuries-old comforting, spicy black tea. And now our Chai Dreams turmeric Edition adds the golden glow of Turmeric!

It is bold, warming and invigorating with black tea, nutmeg, ginger root, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, star anise and black pepper. For anyone who likes their chai hot, spicy and full of character - with an earthy turmeric twist.

Brewing

Use 1-2 teaspoons of chai blend per cup (250ml).

Add freshly boiled water (95-100degC) or simmer gently in milk for a latte more creamier.

Spiced, aromatic brew: Steep for 3-5 minutes.

Honey or sugar may be substituted for sweetness.

To make: Simmer the blend in equal parts milk and water; strain, and serve with a little honey for a cafe-style chai latte.
