We understand that shipping fees are a little annoying, especially on low cost items such as tea. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders over $60 and $3 for shipping for up to 80g. $5.95 shipping courier with tracking is used for all other orders.

- We're located in Sydney, so please allow some time for delivery based on your location. $3 shipping takes 5-7 days on average but can be much faster. $5.95 shipping is via Australia post if you use PO BOX on checkout, or Sendle Courier for most orders - and takes on average 3 days to Melbourne, QLD.
NSW can be next day delivery or the day after on average.
To NT, WA and rural areas, please allow a week for delivery!
- Refunds can't be provided based on shipping times as our dispatch time is very fast, with transit times being out of our control. If you have a function or event and your order is urgent, please let us know!
- Order pickups occur around 2 pm each day, so the earlier in the day your order is placed - the better! We'll normally do a printout of all orders around 10 am and will then continue with any other orders for that same day if time allows.
