Willow Herb Tea

Willow Herb Tea (Epilobium parviflorum, Smallflower) has some rather targeted and specific uses.

Often used to treat an enlarged prostate and the associated inflammation that can come with that. Also used to treat bladder problems along with urinary tract infections most likely effective due to the anti inflammatory properties.

Note that this is Willowherb and not White willow.

Brewing

1 heaped teaspoon per 1/4 litre of boiling water, infused for a short time. 3 cups a day are taken, 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach, one at lunch and 1 cup in the evening, half an hour before a meal. Feel free to use the leaves two to three times.
