Also used to treat bladder problems along with urinary tract infections most likely effective due to the anti inflammatory properties.

Brewing

1 heaped teaspoon per 1/4 litre of boiling water, infused for a short time. 3 cups a day are taken, 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach, one at lunch and 1 cup in the evening, half an hour before a meal. Feel free to use the leaves two to three times.

Cautionary

Avoid during pregnancy and whilst taking contraceptives.
