Brewing

1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup is great for this tea, with boiled water and a steeping time of 3-5 minutes.

Health Benefits

Calming and sleep support: Passionflower & chamomile traditionally help with nervous tension, restlessness and sleep quality.

Digestive comfort: Peppermint and lemongrass act as carminatives to relieve bloating, gas, mild cramping and post-meal pain.

Antioxidant support: Anthocyanins and polyphenols from blue pea flower and rose petals provide some mild antioxidant support for general wellness.

Day-to-evening versatility: naturally caffeine-free; Suitable for winding down but light and refreshing.

Cautionary Notes

Sedation and medicines: Passionflower & chamomile can cause drowsiness. Take care with sedatives / anxiolytics / pain medicines / alcohol. Feeling drowsy? Do not drive or operate machinery.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Avoid unless advised by a doctor. Passionflower and lemongrass data are limited during pregnancy; Chamomile is also usually advised.

Reflux and gallbladder: Peppermint worsens acid reflux and is not recommended in patients with significant gallbladder disease - take lightly if symptomatic.

Blood pressure, blood sugar, and anticoagulants: blue pea flower lowers blood pressure and affects clotting slightly. Lemongrass might influence glucose and pressure. Look out for: antihypertensives, diabetes medications and anticoagulants/antiplatelets - stop two days before surgery unless your physician says otherwise.

Allergies: chamomile is a member of Asteraceae; daisy family; Avoid if allergic to ragweed/daisy-family plants. Refrain if an adverse reaction occurs.

General: Herbal teas support but not replace medical care. For chronic symptoms seek professional advice.

No. Naturally caffeine-free, Night's Dream Tea is great for evening use only.

Are there added flavours or sugars?
No. It's made with only natural herbs and flowers - no flavourings or sweeteners.

Does it get reheated?
YES - reheat gently if pre-brewed - avoid boiling. You may also enjoy it cold; refrigerate promptly and consume it within 24 hours.

How do I store it, and how long does it keep?
Close tightly, keep cool, dry, and away from light. Best consumed within 18-24 months for peak color and aroma.

How much is shipping?

Couriers Please Shipping is $5.95 for orders under $60 and free for all orders over $60.

Australia Post is always at cost. Orders going to Po Box or Parcel Locker address may be locked in to Australia Post.

What are your transit times?

We dispatch within 24-48 hours (sometimes much faster) and from there we'll see 1-3 days transit to most metro locations within Australia excluding WA and NT which can take a week or so.

We also offer express post which will help speed up the process, at cost with no handling fees. These are always sent as priority and packed first.

Are there any discounts available?

We're quite generous with our loyalty programs, and the best way to take advantage of them is to create an account here. Also if you subscribe to our newsletter you'll gain access to members only discounts, rewards and an initial 10% off first order.

Are your teas certified organic?

Up until recently we were certified organic but due to rising administration costs and the difficulty of maintaining certification we've put this on hold for now. Our suppliers and farms remain the same without any change but just now label things are organic, pesticide free or wildcrafted.

This also allows us to maintain our current pricing without any increases which we feel is more important at this time.
