Bush Black Tea

1. Boil fresh water to about 100°C.
2. Add one teaspoon of Australian Grown Black Tea per cup into a teapot or infuser.
3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
4. Strain the leaves and savor the brew. Optionally, add a splash of milk or a slice of lemon for an extra layer of flavor.

Polyphenols (theaflavins, thearubigins) in this support are antioxidant and thus protect cells from oxidative stress.
