Brewing

1. Water temperature: The water needs to be boiled only up to 80 degrees Celsius (176 degrees Fahrenheit) to prevent dissipating the soft green tea leaves.

2. Steeping time: One teaspoon of green tea should be steeped in hot water for 2-3 minutes. If you would like a stronger flavor and aroma, you may steep a little longer but do not over brew as this will produce a bittersweet flavor.

3. Enhancements: Sip the tea by itself, as it is, or enhance the taste by adding honey or lemon to the tea. You can also make the tea stronger and serve it with ice for a delightful ice tea.

4. Enjoy: Have as a drink any time of the day as a revitalizing drink and energy boost or as a soothing health tea before or after a long day.

I was looking for good green tea in Australia for years! Now I found this superior "Green tea Vietnam". Excellent taste! Next time I'll try "Green Tea 50 Years Tree Vietnam"!!! The only downside: the "Organic" label was missing. Is it really possible that this exquisit tea is not organic?

How much is shipping?

Couriers Please Shipping is $5.95 for orders under $60 and free for all orders over $60.

Australia Post is always at cost. Orders going to Po Box or Parcel Locker address may be locked in to Australia Post.

What are your transit times?

We dispatch within 24-48 hours (sometimes much faster) and from there we'll see 1-3 days transit to most metro locations within Australia excluding WA and NT which can take a week or so.

We also offer express post which will help speed up the process, at cost with no handling fees. These are always sent as priority and packed first.

Are your teas certified organic?

Up until recently we were certified organic but due to rising administration costs and the difficulty of maintaining certification we've put this on hold for now. Our suppliers and farms remain the same without any change but just now label things are organic, pesticide free or wildcrafted.

This also allows us to maintain our current pricing without any increases which we feel is more important at this time.
