It is no wonder that Japan, a country with the highest life expectancy has a population that consumes tea on a regular basis. In fact, a pot of TEA is usually served during meals since tea-drinking is considered an integral part of Japanese lifestyle. It is no accident that they enjoy long lives and that many of them have beautiful flawless skin. How does Damiana tea help stress and anxiety? 0
This morning I stayed in bed far longer than I should, felt even a bit worse after I got up, and then remembered I'd brought some Damiana tea back with me for the weekend 'just in case'. I drank that and after about 20 minutes, I felt about 70% better and could go outside for some lunch and do some shopping.

Bael Fruit Tea - Everything you need to know! 0
Bael Fruit Tea is also known as Japanese Bitter Orange, Stone Apple, Wood Apple, and has a botanical name of Aegle marmelos L. Quite an interesting fruit in that it can be described as having a taste that is 'sweet, aromatic and pleasant, although tangy and slightly astringent', along with having a range of reported benefits too.
Bael fruit contains Vitamin C, Protein, Beta-carotene, Thiamine, and Ribovlavin.
