Chaga Boss is a unique Tea Life only blend that is designed to be both extremely healthy, yet yummy! An easy to drink blend that is caffeine free so there's no need to worry about overdosing on caffeine.

An ideal blend of Rooibos, Chaga Mushroom (rare, very healthy and extremely sought after!) forget me not flower for aesthetics, thyme for taste and bergamot peel for a touch of zest. We'd love for this to become a part of your daily ritual and has been designed as such.

The two main ingredients here are Chaga and Rooibos. Chaga is a bit of a superfood that's great for energy, stamina, the immune system, and general detoxification. Rooibos is known to help fight against inflammation, one of the most common yet serious cause of illness these days.

Despite a generous addition of Chaga Mushroom to this blend, we've kept it similar to Rooibos pricing!

  1. Add around 1 1/2 teaspoons to strainer in hot water.
  2. Steep for 3 minutes with the cup covered.

Cautionary Notes

Chaga mushroom contains compounds that may thin the blood, so people taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs should cite caution when using it. It is best avoided by anyone with a bleeding disorder or by patients scheduled for surgery.

This fungi may also lower blood glucose, so people with diabetes or those using insulin or related medication should discuss its use with a doctor.

Rooibos tea is widely regarded as safe, yet its low phytoestrogen level might disturb hormone-sensitive disorders such as breast cancer or a history of estrogen-receptive tumours.

Thyme is thought to stimulate uterine contractions, leading most experts to recommend total avoidance during the entire pregnancy unless a skilled practitioner approves its use. It may interfere with thyroid drugs or with hormone-replacement therapy.

Forget-me-not (Myosotis spp.) figures in many household brews yet is backed by little modern safety data. Refrain from heavy doses and talk to a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or already on prescription medicine.

Because herbal mixtures can be potent, always let your healthcare provider know before trying them, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any medication.

Nope - it's a herbal infusion and caffeine-free.

Are there added flavours or sugars?
Yes, it contains only chaga mushroom, rooibos, thyme, and forget-me-not.

Does it get reheated?
YES - reheat gently if pre-brewed; avoid boiling. It also tastes good chilled. Refrigerate immediately and consume within 24 hours.

How do I store it, and how long does it keep?
Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container. Peak flavour & freshness should be enjoyed within 18-24 months.

How much is shipping?

Couriers Please Shipping is $5.95 for orders under $60 and free for all orders over $60.

Australia Post is always at cost. Orders going to Po Box or Parcel Locker address may be locked in to Australia Post.

What are your transit times?

We dispatch within 24-48 hours (sometimes much faster) and from there we'll see 1-3 days transit to most metro locations within Australia excluding WA and NT which can take a week or so.

We also offer express post which will help speed up the process, at cost with no handling fees. These are always sent as priority and packed first.

Are there any discounts available?

We're quite generous with our loyalty programs, and the best way to take advantage of them is to create an account here. Also if you subscribe to our newsletter you'll gain access to members only discounts, rewards and an initial 10% off first order.

Are your teas certified organic?

Up until recently we were certified organic but due to rising administration costs and the difficulty of maintaining certification we've put this on hold for now. Our suppliers and farms remain the same without any change but just now label things are organic, pesticide free or wildcrafted.

This also allows us to maintain our current pricing without any increases which we feel is more important at this time.
