Bought this out of curiosity as I often have trouble with sleep. However I didn't notice any significant improvement in my sleep after drinking a pot of the tea. The flavour is okay, slightly bitter dry tannins over a herbal body. For the price, it's hard to recommend.

Decaffeinated Black Chai Dusk 400g - Large!
It is hard to get an unsweetened decaf chai. This one is excellent. Other dcaf chai mixes tend to be of the sticky variety with far too much honey if you keep an eye on sugar levels Because there is no added honey in this decaf chai, you can either leave it out ( which I do, the cinnamon makes it plenty sweet enough for me) or add it in an amount to your liking.
