  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and dried chamomile flowers.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar, milk, vegetable oil, egg, honey, and lemon zest until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
