Hawthorn Berry Tea

Description

Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus pinnatifida) tea has been used since the first century to treat heart problems and much like Hawthorn Leaf tea, is known as a heart herb.

With a range of benefits centered around the heart such as aiding against irregular heartbeat (depending on cause), high blood pressure, and hardening of the arteries - this tea is often recommended for people that have various heart issues.

Oligomeric procyandins and Quercetin, which are heart protecting antioxidants, may play a role in why this herb is particularly good for the heart.

If you are on any medication please be sure to read the cautionary tab on this tea.
